1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour, or failure to arrive at the meeting point (No-Show), will result in no refund.
• In the event of extreme weather conditions or port closures that prevent the tour from operating, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

2. Waiver of Liability

• Island Tour Kuxtal is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings (such as cameras, jewelry, or electronics) during the tour.
• Island Tour Kuxtal shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or accidents that may occur during the tour. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided by the guide.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the tour vehicles or equipment due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

3. Privacy Policy

• We collect only the necessary information (name, contact details, and tour preferences) to process your booking and provide a personalized service.
• Island Tour Kuxtal does not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
• Your data is used strictly for communication regarding your tour and improving our guest experience.
